Satao Group is named after Satao, one of the last and greatest of Africa’s Big Tusker’s sadly murdered some years ago. Satao, his sad demise and that of the environment at large catalysed our desire to see the development business and society at large strive toward sustainability, environment and climate goals. We hope the success of the business will enable us to support the work of groups such as the Tusk Trust who work tirelessly to protect these animals.

Marcus Clarke, BSc
Founder and Managing Director of Satao Group. Starting in the construction industry in the late 80’s to the present-day Marcus has decades of experience in the property development business both as Director and as a partner and individual.
Omar Allahar
A structural and civil engineer with decades of professional experience in delivering wide ranging projects from bridges in Dominica and Hotels in the Caribbean, to structural engineering projects in Central London and beyond.
Simon Moll, FCA
Simon has law degree and is a chartered accountant with many years of international commercial finance and banking experience. His knowledge of finance, fiduciary responsibility and capital and asset management are crucial skills.
